I got it in PK-0 (or 012) and it's the lightest one. KOH GEN DO aqua foundation is very thin, and never gives you a heavy makeup look. It will only offer you a natural and luminous finish. Base on that, It cannot offer enough converge on your face, and you need to cover certain areas with the concealer before you use it. Generally, it is a great foundation!

KOH GEN DO Aqua Foundation SPF 15 PA++, PK0
What it is:
A high-definition, smooth finish foundation with lasting coverage.

What it does:
Aqua Foundation hides discolorations and covers skin with a fine light-diffusing layer to minimize pores and imperfections for clear, satiny smooth skin under any lighting. Seawater minerals and white birch sap extracts keep skin hydrated and radiant. This pH balanced formula, ideal for all skin types, delivers a high density of minerals and nutrients for a healthy, nourished complexion.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Synthetic Fragrances
- Synthetic Dyes
- Phthalates
- GMOs
- Triclosan

What else you need to know:
The key to eliminating imperfection is through light diffusion. This unique RGB Strobe Illuminator formula with the advanced powder technology creates light that erases shadows from pores, lines, and uneven surfaces. Erasing these shadows gives the impression of a flawless smooth skin. Each Aqua Foundation shade is formulated for specific skintones. To diffuse redness, choose BE-1. Choose PK-1 for pink undertones and OC-1 or OC-2 for yellow undertones.
Suggested Usage:
-Apply from center of face outward with a patting/stippling method and press foundation into skin making sure to cover all angles of lines, pores, and uneven surfaces.
-Reapply in layers to areas that require more coverage.
-Apply to neck and décolletage if visible for a complete flawless finish.
-Setting with powder is not required.
-For best results, prep skin prior to makeup.

KOH GEN DO Make Up Sponge
Since this aqua foundation is thin and I highly recommend you use its sponge to distribute its foundation. The sponge is pretty thick, soft and blend makeup evenly.

What it is:
A makeup sponge made of dense synthetic rubber to perfectly apply and finish your makeup.

What it does:
Koh Gen Do developed this sponge to press and evenly distribute each layer of your makeup, covering all angles of fine lines, pores, and uneven surfaces. The five-sided design allows for maximum usage of corners and angles. It works beautifully with wet or dry product application, and helps to achieve that important step for flawless diffusion, especially for Koh Gen Do's mineral powders that optically smooth the surface of skin.

What else you need to know:
Tip: When applying liquid and cream products, spray and moisten the sponge prior to use with Koh Gen Do Oriental Plants Lotion Spray so the applied foundation and primers will be pressed into the skin and not unnecessarily lifted. Note that moistening the sponge with plain water will dry the surface of your skin.

    1. The beauty blender works well, but you can save more money with the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge. It's $5.99 at ultra.com, and it's pretty similar to the beauty blender.

I have a post talking about this in more detail here: http://www.mylovelyfashionista.com/2014/05/great-foundation-sponge-beauty-blender.html
